      Life Strategies for Managing Stress

      This seminar provides participants with an understanding of stress and the ways it can be managed so that health is optimized.  Stressors are hard at work in many facets of our lives.  Learn to develop proactive responses that can help to lower the negative effects of prolonged stress, shift mindsets and eliminate unhealthy habits. This seminar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant.  FSAP Health and Wellness seminars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program.  Attend to receive 150 Pure Wellness points (to a maximum of 300 points for FSAP seminar attendance per calendar year).
