      Faculty and Staff Assistance Program: Summer Walking Series

      Summer Walking Series

      Now that summer is officially here it’s a great time to be outdoors. Join us for a once a month walking series that will include stretching, breathing exercises and walking. Let’s enjoy amazing views of nature while practicing being present and mindful.. This seminar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant.  FSAP Health and Wellness seminars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program.  Attend to receive 150 Pure Wellness points (to a maximum of 300 points for FSAP seminar attendance per calendar year).

      IMPORTANT: Please bring comfortable walking shoes for this practice will take place outdoors.  Sessions may be cancelled if the weather is inclement. Please make sure you register to receive notice of any changes.


      Rosenstiel campus:  Tuesday, June 18th, 12-1:00 p.m., SLAB, Breezeway
      Miller School campus: Wednesday, June 19th, 12-1:00 p.m., Lois Pope Building
      Coral Gables campus:  Thursday, June 20th, 12-1:00 p.m., Richter Library Breezeway
