      Elevators 101- What you need to know

      Broward County Elevator Safety program regulates over 10,000 elevating devices countywide and we issue permits for new installations and any alterations of existing devices. We are mandated by the Elevator Safety Act, Florida Statute 399. This presentation will discuss the responsibilities of Elevator Owners and their Property Management. Location: The Second session will be held at Government Center East, 115 South Andrews Ave. Room 422, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 in the Commissioners Chambers. Registration: This is a free event. Elevator Owners and/or Property Management – first 270 individuals to register. Please bring identification when visiting Government Center West.
