      EVENT DETAILS
      TYPICAL SARDINIAN AND ITALIAN COOKING AND PASTRY CLASS

      The class will be divided into three days and it will be possible to buy the basic package (one day, $ 120) or complete (three days, $ 280).
      Each class will take place from 3pm to 5pm, with groups of 5 people.

      BREAD, FOCACCE AND PANADAS
      February 21st
      We will prepare: the 'Civraxiu', typical bread of Sanluri, made with ricotta and saffron; 'Su Mustazzeddu', tomato bread, typical of Sulcis; the 'Panadas', according to the ancient Asseminese recipe. We could add, by time, wholewheat bread to oil seeds and soft and salty soft bread rolls stuffed in many different ways.

      FRESH FILLED AND DRIED PASTA
      February 22nd
      We will prepare the typical ravioli of Campidano with ricotta, orange zest and saffron and the typical 'Culurgiones' of Ogliastra as stuffed pasta. We will finish with dry pasta: 'Malloreddus' and 'Lorighittas'. We will match the typical sauces.

      DESSERTS OF SARDINIA
      February 23rd
      We will prepare a soft and fragrant ricotta and saffron cake; 'is Pardulas'; 'is Cardinales'; one of the typical Carnival sweets ('Brugnoli' with cream and / or 'Meraviglie').
